All modifications or variations shall supersede any prior versions of this agreement unless prior versions are specifically mentioned or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of this agreement.

You must be at least 16 (sixteen) years old to visit the website. Placing an order through the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to make a purchase from this website. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to approve this agreement. We assume no liability for any misrepresentation concerning your age and your making such a misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

We may need to interrupt your access to the website for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or emergency services. You agree that your access to the website may be affected by unplanned or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, and that the company shall not be liable to you, under any liability whatsoever, for such downtime.

This website may contain links to other websites, including social networking sites, that are not under the control of us. We are not responsible for these third-party websites and our linking to these websites does not constitute our endorsement or approval of these websites or the content contained therein.

2. Account information

You have the option to create an account when you make a purchase on the Website. You agree that the information you provide during the account creation process will be accurate. You also agree not to:

Use  another person’s name  without that person's express  consent.

Use a name in breach of any person's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject the registration or terminate the account of anyone who breaches the terms of this agreement at our sole discretion. You will be responsible for keeping your password confidential and  agree to notify us immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all declarations, actions and omissions in relation to your account while your password is in use.  

You must not authorize any third party to access or use the website to act on your behalf. If you do so, you will be solely responsible for all acts and/or omissions of that third party in connection with the website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur through the use of your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account information, or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of Your account.

3. Purchases  

If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian review these terms and privacy policy and register or order on your behalf.

We reserve the sole right to refuse, prohibit or limit orders for any reason, including but not limited to orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes, customs and administrative charges imposed by a carrier with the use of the website or purchase.

Taxes may be applied during the purchase process, depending on the shipping destination. 

4. Order process

All sales will be effective once we confirms the order. Your order is confirmed by sending you a "We have your order!" email. This email will also indicate that payment has been accepted and billed to your identified payment method. We reserve the right not to confirm an order for any legitimate reason (including, but not limited to, item availability, problems with the order received, abnormal order, predictable delivery-related problems, or problems with a previous order). You agree to provide us with truthful and accurate information in your order. Since the information you provide to us is essential for order processing and delivery, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details accurately and completely will result in the cancellation of your order. We have the right to cancel an order for any legitimate reason:  

We couldn’t deliver the customer to the address provided,  

Spelling errors,

Pricing errors,

Other errors or mistakes in the product information,   

We believe the customer is under 18 years old,   

The order is flagged by our security system as an unusual or potentially fraudulent order.

When your order status is indicated as "Payment accepted", you will have four (4) hours in which to cancel your order. You can cancel your order directly on the order confirmation page by going to "My Orders" in your account. Where your order status is different or after the four-hour time limit has lapsed, you will be unable to cancel your order.

In the event of an order cancellation, please allow up to five (5) business days after the cancellation is recorded for a refund to be issued. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be made for your entire order and, once the products are shipped, a refund will be made for the unavailable products.  

5. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions  

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we will apply the current prices indicated to you on the website at the time your order was placed.

You agree to guarantee payment for any item you purchase from us, and acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. By purchasing a physical product, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address and valid billing information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel an order if any information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount of the purchase price. We may also request additional information from you before confirming a sale, and we reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on the sale of any product. For sales of physical products, we may pre-authorize your credit or debit card at the time you place your order, or we may charge your card at the time of shipment. You agree to monitor your method of payment. Shipping costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Secure payment  

We may use a third-party payment services provider to process transactions made via the website.  

We accept payments via PayPal, credit card or debit card. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to enable encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information such as credit card details.

7. Delivery conditions  

Once your payment has been confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address.

You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after your order has been shipped.

Please note: Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

8. Returns and withdrawal policy  

Except final sales, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days from the date of delivery of the item using the returns slip available through your account. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and a completed and signed returns slip. Please drop it off at a postal facility.

You are responsible for all shipping fees for returned items.

To be eligible for a refund or credit, products must be returned in their original working condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).  We will proceed to the refund provided that the item s respect our return policy: only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted. The processing time for a return after receipt in our warehouse is 5 working days. Provided that the above return conditions are met:

- If you have requested a refund, the refund will be made within 14 days after we have received and processed the returned item.

- Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are not refundable.

Online orders on the website cannot be returned to the store. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only.

9. Confidentiality  

How we collect information on this website is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of  this  policy and that you consent to the collection and use of information described in the policy.  

10. Registration  

When you register on the website, which is necessary in order to complete an order, you must select a username, which can be your email address or another term, and a password. You can also provide personal details, including, but not limited to, your name. You are responsible for the accuracy of such information. Identification details will be used when placing product orders. You must not share your username or password with third parties; if you discover that your account has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately.  You alone are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain safe and secure and for keeping us informed of any changes to your identification details. Providing false or inaccurate  information, or  using the website or its services to commit fraud or engage in illegal activity shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this agreement.  

11. Intellectual property 

All website content: logos, icons, audio clips, sounds, music, software, and any combination of those are owned and/or licensed by the customer. The brand, logos, icons, audio clips, sounds, music, software, and any combination of those that appear on Customer's products, website, online platforms, accessories, or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the property of Customer.   

The customer's trademarks, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of us and/or its licensees. They are protected by applicable trademark laws, international treaties, rules, regulations, and guidelines.  

12. Rules on administration  

You may not  administer, or  give the impression that a third-party website presents or endorses, an item of content on this website, or incorporate any intellectual property belonging to the website, we, or any of their licensors on another website or another service, without  our prior express written consent.  

13. Trademarks  

You may not use any other trademark or brand name featured on the website without the prior written consent of us or the owner of the trademark or brand name.  

14. Communications  

By registering and/or making a purchase on the website, you acknowledge that we may send you communications or website data, including, but not limited to: ( i ) notifications about products that you request, including notifications regarding purchase conditions; (ii) updates; and (iii) information or documents regarding transactions, products and/or services that you select or purchase or that you interact with  through  your use of the website. By using and registering on the website, you agree to receive these emails from us.  

 15.  DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE

Your use of the website is "as is" and "as available". We provide no guarantees as to the accuracy, usability or completeness of the website. Specifically, we disclaim: ( i ) all implied guarantees of title, non- counterfeiting, merchantability and suitability for a specific use as regards the website, and (ii) all guarantees not provided hereunder. 

We make no representation or guarantee as regards the website or its content, which are provided for use on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all implied and express guarantees, including, but not limited to, guarantees of merchantability and suitability for a specific use as regards the website  or  any related website. We provide no guarantee as to the functional features, information or links contained on the website, or that its content will meet your requirements, or that the website or its content are suitable for a specific use, or that the operation of the website or its content will be uninterrupted or free from error, that faults will be rectified, or that this website or its server are free from viruses, bugs, Trojan horses, cancelbots or other harmful elements. We provide no guarantee or representations as regards the use, or the outcomes from use, of website material in terms of accuracy, reliability or other qualities.  

Disclaimers of guarantee are not authorised in some jurisdictions. As a result, some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.  

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We accept no liability for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, website content, even if we or an authorised representative was notified of the possibility of such damages. This limitation shall apply to all claims made by you, including, but not limited to, termination of contract, negligence, liability without fault, fraud or any offence. Limitations of or exemptions from liability for certain damages may not be admissible under certain laws. As such, the aforementioned limitation or exemption cannot be applied to you.  

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WEBSITE OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES.  

17. Miscellaneous 

We may assign this agreement, in full or in part, at any time, with or without notice. You may not assign this agreement or any part thereof to another party. Any attempt to do so on your part shall be null and void.  

Failure on the part of us to exercise a right or provision in this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
